The VN7008AJTR is a Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) designed to simplify the power distribution and load driving requirements in applications such as those associated with the development of portable devices, wireless applications and the like. The VN7008AJTR is a member of a series of Power Distribution Switches, Load Drivers that offer flexibility, high input current, automatic thermal protection and a low off-state resistance.

The VN7008AJTR is a three-channel (DUAL, SINGLE and DUAL) distribution multiplexer that is designed to provide a constant power supply current to two or three independent loads. It features two or three high side switches and one low side switch, providing power for an additional independent load. The integrated multiplexer is configured to route power to the designated loads according to the logic levels applied to the DE0, DE1 and DE2 pins, thus allowing an additional current to the controlled load. The package is available in an inverted SO8 or VFQFPN sizes.

The VN7008AJTR offers protection against over-current, under-voltage, over-voltage, thermal protection and cross-conduction protection.
