The VRE3025JD also offers a high load regulation of ±0.02%/mA and a low output noise level of 3μVrms over the full temperature range. The voltage reference also supports a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.The VRE3025JD features a low quiescent current of 4mA, making it ideal for ultra-low power applications. It also features a high PSRR of greater than 74dB and requires minimum input bias current.
