The VRE3025JD is a Voltage Reference family designed to provide a precise, high performance 15V reference voltage. It is part of a family of integrated circuit products that also includes a 15V, an adjustable 2.5 to 5.5 V and a high stability 2.5 to 5.5 V references.The VRE3025JD is a low-dropout voltage reference that is specifically designed for applications requiring precise and low-noise outputs with minimal dynamic errors. It is Ideal for applications such as digital power supplies, DC-DC converters, and other high-precision voltage regulation applications.The VRE3025JD is a monolithic integrated circuit that contains an output buffer amplifier, an output resistor and a double-pole double-throw (DPDT) switch for use in circuit applications requiring conversion between voltage ranges of input and output references. The output buffer amplifier provides a low-noise, high-impedance output that is stable across the power supply voltage range.The supply voltage range of VRE3025JD is 2.5 to 5.5V and the nominal reference output voltage is 15V with ±1% accuracy. The VRE3025JD also offers a high load regulation of ±0.02%/mA and a low output noise level of 3μVrms over the full temperature range. The voltage reference also supports a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.The VRE3025JD features a low quiescent current of 4mA, making it ideal for ultra-low power applications. It also features a high PSRR of greater than 74dB and requires minimum input bias current. The device is offered with an integrated low resistance output resistor and is housed in a small 10-lead MSOP package.The working principle of the VRE3025JD is based on a special topology of PNP/NPN devices that have matched current gains.
