The VRE306AS uses this working principle to provide a stable and precise reference voltage. It has an output voltage range from 0.7 V to 5.5 V, with a maximum output current of 500 μA. It also features 0.1 % and 0.2 % total output accuracy over a full temperature range. It also has a low quiescent current of 500 nA and a wide temperature Compensate-Over (TCO) range of -40°C to +125°C.
