PTC Resettable fuses are specifically designed for protecting circuits in applications which require the automatic reparation of the protection device after a fault event. VTP 170SSF is a series of such PTC resettable fuses commonly used in industrial applications. It provides excellent protection features in the form of fast-acting fuse that trips as soon as the current reaches the over-current level.

VTP170SSF is available in a variety of shapes and sizes, ranging from 30A to 200A. It is designed to meet international standards such as UL, CSA, CE, VDE, SEMI, and RoHS. This makes the fuse series suitable for a wide range of AC and DC voltage applications. The fuse series is also available with various terminals types such as screw, snap-in, tabs, and lug. This series also caters to specialized applications, such as automotive, telecommunications, military, and medical applications.
