The W25Q80DLZPIG is a part of a new family of memory devices from Winbond Electronics Corporation. It is the first in a series of mid-traffic, low-power, high-speed Serial Flash devices from Winbond with capacities from 512 KB up to 16 MB and is compatible with the JEDEC-specification Serial Flash Interface (SFI) protocol. The W25Q80DLZPIG offers an excellent combination of performance, low power requirements, and low cost.
The W25Q80DLZPIG can be used in a variety of applications, such as low-power embedded systems, automotive, medical, and industrial applications. It is suitable for boot code storage, application storage and data logging, among other applications.
