The X5165PIZ-2.7 is a highly integrated supervisory circuit with a better power-on reset and voltageMonitoring capability for achieving the desired system protected. It combines the functionally separated Reset and Voltage Monitor on a single chip. The resettable circuit uses advanced low quiescent current Systemsetting prior to reset and reset thresholds with good accuracy and current consumption only 4uA typical supply current and a wide operating voltage range (1.6V to 5.5V).
