XC18V04PC44C is a configuration prom used in FPGA design. It is a 256-bit EEPROM device in a plastic dual-in-line (PDIP) and plastic thin shrink small-outline package (PTSSOP). XC18V04PC44C enables E2TTL and master serial interface for configuration of all Xilinx Spartan(TM) FPGA. The total pin count is eight and the temperature range is from -40°C to 85°C. XC18V04PC44C is a non-volatile, low cost, and easy to use memory alternative to conventional EEPROM and E-Flash.

The application field of XC18V04PC44C covers consumer electronics, industrial products, laptops, and many other areas. It enables in-system programming of FPGAs through professional E2TTL or Master Serial Interface long time after all other components are assembled, since it stores the configuration data in Power-On Reset state.
