The XP0621200L is an array of pre-biased bipolar junction transistors (BJTs). It is a three-terminal transistors array with three PNP and three NPN transistors in one package. The XP0621200L is specially designed to provide a low-voltage output pre-bias circuit. The three-terminal array allows each transistor to have its own pre-bias set, without needing external biasing components. The XP0621200L can act as a bridge rectifier that is ideal for a power supply, switch or transistor drive applications.

Application Field

The XP0621200L can be used for dual-gate or full-bridge driver applications, driving large resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads.
