1.Characteristics

The half-bridge component is a rectifier that connects two rectifier diodes regularly and is packaged together. Function is the same as the rectifier diode, it is more convenient to use, and the commonly used model is 2CQ series.

2.Detection methods of diode half-bridge components

The independent half-bridge component measurement is the same as the common diode, and the measuring method is as follows.

Use the multimeter RX1 ~ RX100. The red and black stylus can be used to measure the positive and reverse resistance of two feet respectively. In the measurement, if there are two feet, both the positive and the negative, the common anode or the common anode structure, the two feet of which are the side feet, and the other is the common electrode. The common electrode is connected with the red pen, and the black stylus is used to measure both sides of the foot, if the resistance is small, it is the combination of the common cathode; if the black stylus is connected to the common electrode, the red stylus will measure both sides of the foot, if the resistance is small, then it is a common anode combination.

As in the measurement, there is a pass between the pins, and the secondary resistance is very large ( approximately equivalent to the forward resistance of two tubes ), it shows that the pen is connected with the series half bridge, and the black pen is the positive pole, the red pen is negative, and the other one is the middle foot, and after the electrode is found, the normal diode method is used to detect the positive and reverse resistance of each diode. If it does not conform to the unidirectional conductivity, the half-bridge is damaged.
