The method of using the ignition block of OTC700 series automobile digital multimeter

OTC700 series automobile digital multimeter ignition (ignition) gear, in addition to testing the vehicle ignition system, can also be used to measure the speed. The measurement methods for the ignition system are as follows.

(1). The combustion voltage and combustion time of the OTC700 series digital multimeter are related to each other in the ignition (periti) ignition mode, when the combustion time is displayed on the small reading panel of the meter. The combustion voltage will also be displayed on the corresponding reading panel.

(2). Clamp the detection chuck on the ignition line between the ignition coil and the distributor, or on the pin line of the spark plug.

(3). Start the engine and do a proper warm-up so that the parameters can be measured after the speed is stable. Different engine speeds and easy-to-measure parameters are also different, as shown in Table 1.

(4). Press the "and" button, the combustion voltage and peak voltage with the combustion time. " (v). Finally, the readings of each cylinder of the engine are checked and recorded, and the normal values are compared and judged.

There are several modes that can be measured using fuel (Fuel) shields.

 When the OTC700 series digital multimeter rotary switch is placed in the fuel (Fuel) gear for measurement, It can be used to measure the three modes of electronically controlled trigger (Noida), fuel injector (Fuel Injector) and pressure (Press). The testing method of the pressure (Press) mode is basically the same as the general test method.

1. Electronically controlled trigger (Noida) mode.

The electronically controlled trigger (Noida) mode is used to connect the injector when a computer signal is received and to light the corresponding indicator light. When connecting the injector, first disconnect the injector and circuit connection line, and then connect the red and black detection line of the 0TC700 series automobile digital multimeter to the connecting lead of the injector connector.

2. Fuel injector (Fuel Injector) mode.

 OTC700 Series vehicle digital multimeter rotary switch placed in fuel (Fuel) gear for fuel injector (Fuel jet) mode measurement, the peak voltage and pulse width of the injector can be displayed on the large and small display panels of the multimeter respectively.
