1.Synthetic carbon film resistor is carbon black, filler and organic binder into suspension, coated on the insulation framework, made by addition of polymerization. The utility model is mainly suitable for making high voltage and high resistance resistors, and is commonly used for sealing glass shells to make a vacuum megohm resistor for micro-current testing.

 

 ( 1 ) Performance characteristics:

The production process and equipment of carbon film resistor are simple, so the price is low; its resistance range is large, up to 10 ~ 10 Megohm. Its shortcoming is the anti-humidity difference, the voltage stability is low, the frequency characteristic is not good, the noise is big. It is not suitable for general purpose resistors.

 

( 2 ) Resistance range:10 ~ 10Megohm.

 

( 3 ) Power rating:1 / 4 to 5 W.

Note : the maximum operating voltage of this resistor is 35 kV.

 

2. The organic synthesis solid resistor of the organic synthesis solid resistor is to mix the carbon black, the graphite and so on the conductive material and the filler, the organic binder into the powder material, it is made of human plastic shell after hot pressing by special equipment. The lead wire of the solid resistor is molded into a resistor body, and the other is a resistor without end caps; the other is a resistor with an end cap and an end cap as the electrode.

 

(1) The performance characteristics of this resistor are high mechanical strength, good reliability, strong overload capacity, small volume, low price, large inherent noise, large distribution parameters, and poor voltage and temperature stability. This resistor is not suitable for higher demand circuits.

 

(2) The range of resistance :

4.72 ~ 22 Megohm.

 

(3) The rated power :

1/4 ~2W.

Note: the working voltage of this resistor is 250 ~ 500V.
