How to make an inductive electronic welcome device?

1) Installation of the photoresistor

In order to allow the photoresistor to be reliably mounted in the case, the manufacturing process is as shown in Figure 2.

Electrolytic capacitor installation

Since the inductive welcome device is relatively small, the installation of components should be relatively compact, especially the electrolytic capacitor C2 and the triode Q1. Due to the relatively large size, the flat mounting should be considered during soldering.

3) Lead wire installation In the circuit production, the speaker (horn), the photoresistor and the connector between the battery and the circuit board are all completed by the lead wire.

Since the horn and the photosensitive electron have no polarity, so two The line does not have a direction.

But the connection to the AG13 battery must pay attention to the polarity, otherwise it will easily damage the integrated circuit if it is reversed for a long time. Inductive electronic welcome device shown in Figure 4.

In this production, in order to achieve better sensing effect, the photoresistor is subjected to light absorption treatment, that is, a black cylinder is used to mount the photoresistor therein, so that the sensing signal can be better received.
