1N735A is a single, 33-volt, 5-watt silicon switchable voltage reference diode with a high temperature coefficient. It is also known as a Zener diode because of its ability to maintain a constant voltage across its terminals as the current increases or decreases. The 1N735A is manufactured with a positive temperature coefficient and it is capable of supplying an assigned reference voltage when it is placed in the temperature limits. Its structure is intended for automatic assembly and its application field is mainly the “voltage reference” circuit.
