The temperature controller senses the temperature of the external junction and regulates the output voltage to maintain accuracy over the entire operating temperature range of the application.The AD595AD is particularly useful in applications where direct contact temperature sensing is required, such as ovens, refrigerators/freezers, and medical thermometers. It offers good precision and accuracy over a temperature range of -50° C to 130° C (-58° F to 250° F). The device is easy to use and has a dynamic response time of 1 s, allowing for rapid response to changing temperature levels.The AD595AD operates on a supply voltage ranging from 4 V to 10 V and consumes only 10 mW of power. It also has a high tolerance to power supply noise and is designed to be highly resistant to EMI. The device provides an analog voltage output for temperature sensing and control, with an output scaling of 10 mV/°C.
