AD595CQ temperature measurement and control integrated chip has been widely applied in various temperature measurement and control applications, especially when it comes to temperature control of low power equipment .
AD595CQ is an integrated thermocouple amplifier that provides high accuracy and low cost solutions for temperature measuring and control. The chip contains one p-channel MOS input for analog input, two output ports for digital output, one start-up circuit, one CMOS amplifier circuit and one offset voltage circuit. It is designed for full range temperature measurement and control applications over the 0 °C to +250 °C range.
The working principle of the AD595CQ chip is that when the thermocouple input voltage is very small (when the junction of the current is zero), the output voltage is zero as well. When the temperature increases, so does the thermocouple input voltage, causing a corresponding increase in the output voltage. This enables the AD595CQ to accurately measure the temperature in the 0 to +250 °C range. This is achieved by the output port driving a high current TTL/CMOS compatible logic circuit, with a large input offset voltage to reduce errors due to changes in temperature.
The AD595CQ temperature measurement and control integrated chip is mainly used in air conditioners, refrigerators, irons, hair dryers and other low power home appliance temperature measurement and control applications, and also for all kinds of industrial process temperature measurement and control, such as electric oven, coffee maker, drip coffee maker, water heater, heating plate, soldering iron and so on. Its super low cost and ultra-high temperature measurement accuracy makes it a preferred temperature measurement and control integrated chip.
