The AD7923SRUZ-EP is an analog-to-digital (A/D) converter which is a type of Data Acquisition device. It is used to convert analog signals into digital signals for various applications such as medical, industrial and military. The AD7923SRUZ-EP analog-to-digital converter uses an integrating successive approximation register (SAR) architecture to provide 12-bit resolution conversion data.The device provides single-cycle conversion of a signal with built-in sample and hold, and has a sampling rate of 800-k samples per second (kSPS) or 1 MSPS. There is also a fast synchronous 3-wire serial interface (SPI/QSPI) that allows for easy control of the device. After each increment or decrement the bit value is stored in the successive approximation register.
