Data Acquisition is the process of measuring, acquiring, and recording signals from physical environments. It involves a number of different technologies and techniques in order to capture data from different systems and ultimately represent it in a digital format. One such technology is Analog to Digital Converters (ADC), which allow analog signals to be converted into a digital format.
