The ADF4108BCPZ-RL7 is a monolithic, dual-modulus prescaler suitable for use in frequency synthesizers, clock generators, and clock dividers and multipliers in digital PLL frequency synthesizers. The ADF4108BCPZ-RL7 has two nonoverlap outputs for stable divide-by-N and divide-by-2N operation, with a wide switching frequency range of 250 kHz to 2.1 GHz.
