ADG528ATCHIPS Application Field and Working Principle

Working Principle:

The ADG528ATCHIPS are wideband CMOS switches which are based on CMOS process. These switches provide a low-skew and low power consumption, making them ideal for handheld applications. The unique features make these switches a choice for complex signal path configurations in such applications. The switches are driven by an integrated low-voltage, low-skew, single CMOS device, the ADG528ATCHIPS. This CMOS device controls the current flow between the input and output sides. The switches have a selectable minimum-on resistance of 0.1ohms that provides pin-to-pin low-skew switching. The switches work on a wide frequency range, from DC up to 40GHz, with a low power consumption of 25mW.The other features of the switches facilitate a wide variety of applications.
