ADG904BRU-R is a family of monolithic CMOS analog switches designed to meet the requirements of a wide range of switch matrices, multiplexers and demultiplexers applications. The device consists of 4 independently selectable switches with a performance specification that exceeds that of the most-demanding applications. It has low “on” resistance of less than 10Ω, low “on” leakage of less than 10nA and high input and output impedance. In addition, the device features low power consumption and low power dissipation.
