The ADM7150ARDZ-2.8 is a low noise, single output low drop out linear regulator from the Analog Devices Power by Linear™ family of integrated circuit solutions. Ideal for providing power and noise sensitive analog, digital and audio systems, the product provides powerful stability with fast transient response for current delivery of up to 500mA. A low dropout regulator, it provides a stable VOUT with only 1.4 volts difference between input and output. The Input Voltage range for the product is 2.6V to 6.5V and the Output Voltage range is from 0.6V to 4.5V.

The product features a range of protection features including Shutdown, Short Circuit, Over Voltage and Thermal Protection. The integrated over temperature shutdown feature prevents the device from excessive heating, while the short circuit protection allows it to remain functional during line transients.
