The ADUC848BCPZ62-5 is highly integrated with an extensive range of peripherals such as a 9-channel flexible pulse width modulator (PWM) and a touch-screen controller. This makes it suitable for a wide range of applications, such as motor control, industrial automation, robotics, medical imaging, and defense.The ADUC848BCPZ62-5 features a powerful 32bit RISC core architecture, with a clocked cycle frequency of up to 75MHz at 5V and up to 150MHz at 3.3V. It also supports several digital signal processor (DSP) instruction set extensions, making it suitable for a range of signal and image processing applications.The ADUC848BCPZ62-5 also features a range of analog and digital peripherals and can be programmed using C, C++ and Assembly language. Its memory size is 512K Bytes of flash memory, 256K Bytes of SRAM and 16K Bytes of EEPROM.
