AN8003M-E1

The AN8003M-E1 Series of numerical control step-down DC/DC converters is a compact and reliable solution for providing output voltage and current regulation. First, it can be manually set using the VIN and OUT-Ctrl pins. Alternatively, it can be set by an external voltage applied to the CTRL pin. Once the output voltage is set, the internal comparator compares the output voltage with the predetermined reference voltage, and sends out an appropriate voltage to power the output transistor in order to maintain the output voltage.

Since the AN8003M-E1 linear regulator is not feedback-controlled, it also provides a certain degree of protection against physical damage in your device. It prevents overvoltage, overcurrent, and thermal shutdown. It also minimizes electromagnetic interference because the circuit is relatively simple.
