AN8007 is a wide input voltage, high output current, high efficiency, low noise, three-terminal series-output voltage regulator, suitable for industrial and computer systems power supplies, mobile devices, stepper motors and other application fields. It is designed for the series pass regulator whose output noise is small and efficiency is high, and it can adjust the output voltage small during low load current operation, which is suitable for switching power supplies and other applications.The working principle of AN8007 is quite simple. It basically consists of a power transistor and an error amplifier.
