From the perspective of today’s performance of power management integrated circuit (PMIC) applications, AN80L31RMS is a linear voltage regulator manufactured by ADI (Analog Devices, Inc). It is mainly used in a wide range of applications, ranging from the the portable battery-powered products to the telecom infrastructure equipment. In order to meet the tight performance and power requirements of such applications, this voltage regulator is designed to provide extra benefit such as improved transient response, greater output current than other similar regulators, and low power consumption.
