AO4924 is an array of four N-Channel Metal–Oxide–Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistors (MOSFETs) manufactured by Alpha and Omega Semiconductor. This device is a part of a larger class of MOSFETs known as 4×4 Truth Table Arrays (TTA) and are capable of producing up to 16 distinct switch patterns.
