AOZ2151QI-01 Application Field and Working Principle

AOZ2151QI-01 is a DC-DC voltage regulator that is specially designed to provide the optimized power supply to system loads with large dynamic current transitions. Besides, it provides a wide range of protection including over-current protection (OCP), over-voltage protection (OVP), under-voltage lockout (UVLO) and reverse current protection.AOZ2151QI-01 also has an integrated Leading-Edge Modulation (LEM) mode, which utilizes an internal loop to reduce the transient response time of the output voltage and ensure dynamic load performance. The LEM mode can reduce the gate charge loss in discrete MOSFETs and reduce the EMI noise.In terms of general features, AOZ2151QI-01 is available in thermally enhanced SIP-7, SOP-7 and QFN packages. It also features a programmable soft-start, protection for short-circuiting, over-load and over-temperature conditions.
