AOZ2260QI-11 is a DC/DC buck regulator designed for battery-powered and other low voltage applications, such as small-footprint, battery-powered systems operating with a regulated voltage of 1.0V or below. Optimized to dissipate low power while maintaining high efficiency, the device employs an internal synchronous FETs to provide a simplified and efficient solution.
