.AP131-25WG-7 is a Linear Voltage Regulator from PMIC (Power Management IC) family. It is capable of converting a variable input voltage into standardized output range of 1.25V to 1.8V. AP131-25WG-7 provides high-current and low-dropout voltage regulation to device integrated circuits (ICs). This linear voltage regulator is designed to handle a wide range of input voltage that can be up to 10V. Moreover, it offers excellent line and load regulation performance along with very precise output voltage accuracy.AP131-25WG-7 is designed to reduce power losses with high power efficiency and low dropout voltage. It is also designed to reduce external components with minimum external components (just one output capacitor). Furthermore, the feedback accuracy of AP131-25WG-7 is fast thanks to its ultra-low propagation delay. Consequently, the output voltage stability is maintained quite efficiently.AP131-25WG-7 offers many features as well, such as output current limiting, short-circuit current limiting, overvoltage protection, thermal shutdown, and over-temperature warning. It also comes with a safety guard-band feature, which does not allow the output voltage to be higher than the predetermined voltage.
