AP133-SNG-7 Integrated Circuits (ICs)

The AP133-SNG-7 is a linear voltage regulator produced by AdvansTechnology, Inc. It is a three terminal, positive voltage regulatorthat can operate both in step-up or step-down mode. This devicecan provide excellent performance and stability for a wide rangeof applications. The AP133-SNG-7 features a wide input voltagerange of 4.5V to 25V, with an output voltage regulation of1.2V to 16V. In addition, it has a very low quiescent current ofjust 0.9mA.
