AS7C3256A-10JCN is a high-speed 3.3V 256K-bit CMOS static RAM with clock-enabled access. The device is organized as sixteen blocks of 16K-bytes. The Block Select (BS) pin selects one of the sixteen blocks. The device operates from a single 3.3V supply and utilizes advances CMOS technology for optimum speed/power performance. It is characterized for operation over an extended industrial temperature range from -40˚C to +85˚C.
