AS7C351232-10BIN is a type of static random access memory (SRAM) integrated circuit (IC), belonging to the memory category. It is capable of storing 32 Kbits (4 Kbytes) of data and is purposely designed to replace the standard 1Kx8 SRAMs in applications such as PC and PCMCIA related applications, miscellaneous computer applications and consumer products.It is a high-speed memory that uses a single +5V supply and uses a 5 lead Soic package and a 7 lead SO package. It operates from 3.0-3.6V and is tolerant to 2.3-3.6V. It offers true asynchronous operation - no clock or extra control pins are needed beyond Chip Select (CS) and Output Enable (OE). All other control information and data is transmitted through the bidirectional I/O pins DO and DI. Asynchronous operation aside, the device also includes an active High Chip Select (CS) and an active Low Output Enable (OE).The AS7C351232 Memory IC is non-volatile, which means it makes use of CMOS static RAM technology with features that ensure higher reliability and speed as compared to other memory ICs based on other technologies. It utilizes static power consumption, making it more stable and reliable than dynamic sam ICs.With a maximum access time of 10 nanoseconds and a clock rate of 33 MHz, the device is fast and offers high performance. It also allows, read and write operations at once, making it ideal for a wide range of applications. Working principle of the device is simple and straightforward - data is stored in a 256x128 matrix consisting of 32,000 memory cells. Data is written to the cells and from the cells when the power is switched off and on, and it is also read from and written to the cells in response to input commands.The AS7C351232 Memory IC is capable of operating at temperatures ranging from -40 degrees to 125 degrees, making it suitable for various environments. It also has a minimum data retention voltage of 2.7V, and can operate up to 105 degrees and retain data up to 1 minute.AS7C351232 Memory IC is suitable for use in various applications such as PCs, smart cards, PDAs, MP3s, digital cameras, cellular phones, embedded systems and data communication equipment. Furthermore, it may be used in other systems where reliability and efficiency is required.
