The AT24C04-10PI-2.5 is an electrically erasable programmable memory (EEPROM) device from Microchip Technology. It is a four-kbit non-volatile memory device with 1,024 bytes of storage capacity, organized as 128 words of eight bits each. It also offers an optional external write protection switch, allowing any address within the device to be write-protected by the switch. The switch also features a two-stage process for Word Write protection, which allows for the protection of individual bytes and the prevention of accidental erasure of the entire memory.
The AT24C04-10PI-2.5\'s “Featured Address” mode allows the user to select up to seven different words to be “featured” and written to the device separately from other words in the same address.
