AT29LV010A-15TI Working Principle
The AT29LV010A-15TI consists of a 2048K × 8 single-level cell array divided into 16K 11 8 and 2K 11 8 blocks. This memory device uses two pins (OED and ODS) to control the writing and erasing operations. The programming voltage is generated by the power supply. The two cells within the block being programmed are written with appropriate logic levels, allowing the block to be programmed. OED and ODS control pins must be high in order to programme the AT29LV010A-15TI in the sequential write mode.
