PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuit) forms an integral part of various electrical, automotive, industrial and consumer electronics. Among the various PMICs, Motor Drivers, Controllers are used in a wide range of applications. ATA6824-PNQW is one of the widely used Motor Drivers and Controllers in the industry.
ATA6824-PNQW is a device specially designed and optimized for automotive battery converters and DC motor driving applications. It is an integrated motor controller, driver and a voltage regulator with a wide operating voltage range of 8 to 65 V. This part incorporates an integrated field-effect-transistor (FET) module specially designed to drive high-current motors from a 240 W DC power source. The device is provided with integrated protection features and a step-down DC-DC converter. Furthermore, it features a common enable pin, dual input voltage pins, a load Sense pin, a freewheeling diode integrated, a dead time control input, a field-commutated diode and current protection.
