Withstand voltage is 2.5kV and capacitance ranges from 47μF to 680μF. AVS108M06F24B-F is available in a surface mount package, making it well suited for pick-and-place assembly machines. The high thermal dissipation of the construction also ensures low temperature surge ratings during short time overload conditions.
