BC182BG is part of a family of NPN high-frequency transistors designed to provide outstanding reliability and robustness, making them ideal for use in a wide variety of RF and microwave applications.
The BC182BG features a low-noise, high-gain, and broadband performance with a wide operating frequency range up to 6GHz, making it ideal for a variety of radio, audio, and data applications.
