BQ24085EVM is a wireless power transfer evaluation and development board developed by Texas Instruments. It is a BCB (black small board) solution for wireless power applications. The BQ24085EVM Application Field and Working Principle is used to develop and test the various functions of the wireless power transfer. The evaluation board is designed for WPC (Wireless Power Consortium) based Qi standard wireless power transfer applications.
The evaluation board consists of a BQ24085EVM main board, a WPC addition board (WPCAB), and a 9V AC adapter. The main board contains the BQ24085EVM power management IC, which integrates the wireless power transfer functionality into a single solution. The WPCAB provides the wireless power transmission and reception features required to evaluate the BQ24085EVM.
BQ24085EVM is a Qi-compatible transmitter and receiver. It supports both 5W magnetic induction and 15W resonant wireless power transfer.
