To write data, connect the Write Enable pin to the VCC pin and the Latch Enable pin to the ground, then input the data from the Data Input pin. To read data, connect the OE pin to the VCC pin, then input the address from the Data Input pin. This will output the data stored in that address on the bus. It is important to note that since it is an F-RAM, the Read/Write operations are much faster than those of EEPROMs.
