Nowadays, the application of high-power circuits is increasingly prevalent. In high-power Integrated Circuits, a voltage regulator is essential. BU25SD2MG-MTR is one of the best voltage regulator in the Linear PMIC series. It converts any input voltage between 4.5V and 18V into a stable 5V voltage level.

The temperature compensation circuit acts as an additional safety measure to avoid overheating of the circuit and the reverse current protection circuit check whether a current is flowing from the output to the input. The under voltage lockout circuit ensures that the output voltage does not rise above the specified threshold.
