1. Describe
The CC1100ERGPR is a Sub-GHz high performance radio transceiver designed for very low power RF applications. It is suitable for use in the 470-510 MHz and 950-960 MHz Industrial, Scientific and Medical (ISM) and Short Range Device (SRD) frequency bands. The CC1100ERGPR is ideal for 470-510 MHz wireless applications targeting the Japanese ARIB STD-T96 and Chinese short-range device specifications. The CC1100ERGPR RF transceiver integrates a highly configurable baseband modem. The modem supports various modulation formats and has a configurable data rate up to 500 kBaud. The CC1100ERGPR provides extensive hardware support for packet processing, data buffering, burst transfers, clear channel assessment, link quality indication, and radio wake-up. The main operating parameters of the CC1100ERGPR and the 64-byte transmit/receive FIFO can be controlled through the SPI interface. In a typical system, the CC1100ERGPR will be used with a microcontroller and some additional passive components.

- Integrated analog temperature sensor

- Programmable Preamble Quality Indicator (PQI) for improved protection against false sync word detection in random noise
