The CC2D33S works by constantly measuring the resistance of the Pt100 element and the conductance of the polymer film. When moisture is present, the resistance of the Pt100 element changes due to the presence of vapor molecules, and the conductance of the polymer film changes as it absorbs moisture. This change in resistance and conductance is then measured and translated into a value, representing the humidity of the environment.
In addition to measuring humidity, the CC2D33S can also measure temperature. Since the Pt100 element operates at a constant temperature, the voltage output depends on the temperature reading. The voltage output is then measured and used to calculate the temperature of the environment.
By monitoring the resistance and conductance levels of both the Pt100 element and the polymer film, the CC2D33S can provide accurate readings of temperature, humidity, and moisture content in the environment. This allows for better management of air quality and the health of various ecosystems within the environment. Additionally, the CC2D33S is capable of quick response times and minimal power consumption, making it ideal for a variety of applications.
