The CNY17F1TM is a optoisolator device in the form of a Transistor Photovoltaic Output (TPO) packaged in a four-lead TO-92 enclosed package. The CNY17F1TM consists of a Gallium Arsonide (GaAs) infrared emitting diode (IRED) optically coupled to a transistor output stage.
