The CPH5524-TL-E bipolar transistor array is an integrated "composite circuit" consisting of four NPN transistors. It is manufactured using an advanced BiCMOS process, making it extremely reliable and ideal for today\'s high-performance applications. The transistors are arranged in a common-collector configuration for maximum efficiency and low noise.
