This allows for the flexibility needed in applications when designing with multiple reference sources, in order to meet particular system requirements.Working PrincipleThe CY22393FXI is based on a Phase Locked Loop (PLL) architecture, in which the input reference clock is used to determine the output frequencies. It can be used with multiple sources of reference clocks, such as crystals, in order to meet various requirements.Once the reference clock is set, the CY22393FXI PLL uses its own internal clock to provide outputs at predetermined frequencies.
