Evaluation Boards - DC/DC & AC/DC (Off-Line) SMPS involves DC1560A which is Source/Sink I2C Controlled DC/DC-AC/DC PMIC for Offline Converters. This device was designed to drive consumer applications such as gaming consoles, printers, HDTVs, portable systems and non-isolated ac-dc supplies. The device contains two synchronous buck converters, two synchronous boost converters, one Buck-Boost converter, one UP Converter and four low-voltage output regulators. It is also integrated with an I2C controlled integrated MOSFET gate drivers, thermal monitoring, sic protection and adjustable peak, average, and valley current limiters.
DC1560A application field and working principle mainly consists of two main sections which are the Application field and Working principle of the DC1560A. The first section outlines the application field for the DC1560A which includes consumer electronics, networking, broadcast equipment, automotive power supplies, communication systems, medical equipment, and batteries.
