Overview DC1751A-C is a family of evaluation boards developed by Texas Instruments for Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs). It is designed to help engineers evaluate the 24-bit performance of the TI’s ADC products while also providing a comprehensive set of features for characterizing the performance of these products. The board consists of several components such as an adjustable precision voltage reference, a loop filter, a programmable signal generator, an external clock input, and a complete set of signal conditioning components for the ADC. These components are all configured through communications to the board itself, all of which is under the control of a PC-based GUI.Working PrincipleThe DC1751A-C board operates by using an external voltage reference to set the upper and lower limits of a range. This reference voltage is then fed into the ADC and a flexible signal generator is used to generate an input signal that is fed into the ADC for conversion.
