The DC1780A-B evaluation boards (DC/DC & AC/DC (Off-Line) SMPS) are a highly efficient, versatile and reconfigurable test platform. This evaluation board contains either one or two pulse-width modulated (PWM) buck, boost or buck-boost controllers. All of the devices have an extensive range of features, enabling the user to take advantage of a host of advantages including excellent modulation accuracy and precise voltage and current regulation.

The DC1780A-B boards are feature packed, and provide the user with numerous benefits. They are designed to provide low power density and robust performance. They have an extensive range of safety features including protection against short circuit, overload, over temperature and overvoltage, making them ideal for industrial applications, even in potentially hazardous environments. With an operating range of 24V to 56V, the boards can also be used for telecom, computer, battery charging, and other mains/output applications.
