The DDTA144WE-7 is a NPN-type single, pre-biased transistor and is designed to perform well when the voltage applied to the collector is between -7V and 12V. The power consumption is relatively low and the voltage gain is reasonably high, while the hFE is approximately 40. The DDTA144WE-7 comes with an integrated base-emitter resistor and two optional integrated bias resistors – one for the collector and one for the base.
