The DG411CJ+ is a high-performance monolithic CMOS analog switch device. It is an ultra-low power, fast switching, quad SPST (single-pole/single-throw) analog switch designed to operate from a single +2.7 V to +5.5 V supply. This device is analogous to two analog two-input NAND gates as well as a two-input exclusive-OR (XOR) logic gate.

The DG411CJ+ is a general purpose switch for switching analog signals. It provides high input impedance and low output impedance that is ideal for use in amplifier, multiplexer, and sample-and-hold circuits. The on resistance (RON) of the switch is specified across the -40°C to +85°C temperature range. At +25°C, the on resistance is typically 55 Ω Max.

The switches are powered by a single +2.7 V to +5.5 V power supply.
